Located on the Mallard Pointe Golf Course are the Villas at Mallard Pointe, conveniently adjacent to the clubhouse for golfers. Since the Villas are located within John Kyle State Park, wildlife abounds. Both Villas feature four bedrooms — two with two queen beds and two with one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and mini kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, small table, sink, and mini refrigerator. In addition, each Villa includes a well-equipped full kitchen, table seating for eight, and a comfortable lounge area with a view of Lake Sardis.
